Return and Exchange policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Saint Rochés. If something isn't right, returns are simple.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return or exchange any item.
How it works: Email us at info@saintroches.com with your order number. For an exchange, let us know which style you'd prefer instead.
Shipping costs:
- Within the EU: Returns are free — we cover shipping both ways.
- Outside the EU: Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Condition: Feel free to try them on at home to check the fit and look — that's what the 30 days are for. To be eligible for return, glasses must be unworn beyond trying on: free of scratches and marks, in original, resellable condition, and returned in their original packaging with the delivery note included.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method for the cost of the item(s). Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.
EU right of withdrawal: If you're shopping from the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, with a full refund including standard outbound shipping.
